Remember that it is foolish to wonder such things about the past; wonder why things were better in the past... God has a way of moving back and forth that make it seem like the water is about to turn the ship over...
--but in submission to God you will find yourself drowning in a sea of Spirit. Your lungs will loose their air and you will find yourself utterly intoxicated in communion with God. Sinking to the bottom of the Ocean you will know that you have gone deeper, deeper than walking on water would ever lend itself to.
